IMPORTANT BUS INFORMATION

Parents/Guardians and Students, please be advised that Tri County Transportation and the Punxsutawney Area School District would like to remind you of the following:
  1. Plan to have your student at the bus stop every morning 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled time.  (Note: The times provided to you are approximate.)
  2. All school buses are equipped with video cameras for recording both the audio and video portions of the bus ride.  Students are reminded that their conversations could be recorded and any disciplinary decisions will be based on the camera review.
  3. Parents/older siblings for students in Grades K-3 must be present when students are getting off the bus, unless a waiver to drop without is on file with the district's transportation department.
  4. If you need to make any changes to your child's bus arrangements, please contact the transportation office prior to August 15, 2025, as we will not be making any changes after this date.  Requests will still be accepted after 8/15/25, but will not be effective until 9/1/25.
  5. Daily bus passes for the 25/26 school year will start on 9/8/25
