Punxsutawney Girls Softball moves onto Semi-Final Round of State Playoffs

The Lady Chucks Softball Team will enter the Semi-Final Round of the PIAA State Playoffs against either Mount Pleasant or Avonworth at 1PM on Monday, June 14, at St. Francis University. All Tickets for the Punxsy girls state playoff game must be purchased online. Tickets will be available on PIAA website. Click on this announcement's headline to go to the PIAA ticket website. Once at the website choose softball, then click 3A and choose the Punxsy vs Cambria Heights. Go, Chucks! Punxsy Proud!

Punxsutawney Area High School Track

Starting Friday, June 11th the high school track will be open for the community to use from 7 am to 7 pm. Security gates will close at 7pm as well. Access to the track may vary due to construction projects on school parking lots this summer.

PA Broadband Survey

Emergency Broadband Benefit

Attention Parents, Guardians, and Community Members: The Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) is a temporary FCC program designed to help households struggling to afford internet service during the pandemic. Through EBB, eligible households could TEMPORARILY receive up to $50/month discount for broadband services and a one-time discount of up to $100 for a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet purchased through a participating provider.
