The Punxsutawney Area School District uses SchoolMessenger to send text alerts regarding special announcements, emergencies, delays, closings, and other important notification events.  In order to receive these notifications, you must register at the beginning of each school year.  PLEASE NOTE: All registrations received prior to October 9, 2018 have been cleared from the system; therefore, you must complete the new registration survey in order to receive notifications for the remainder of the 2018-2019 school year!
 

You can register for our SchoolMessenger text alert system by completing the online form below.  Be sure to click SUBMIT at the bottom of the form when you have filled in all your information. 

 

Once you have submitted your registration, you may need to scroll up from the bottom of the page to see the confirmation message in the form.  The confirmation message should read: "Thank you for registering for SchoolMessenger, the PASD text alert system.  Please allow up to TWO SCHOOL DAYS for your registration to be uploaded into our system."

 

If you registered for our 2018-19 school year text alerts and are still not receiving any of our notifications, text YES to 67587 to opt-in. (You must have registered first before you opt-in.)
