As we begin the 2025-26 School Year, Parents/Guardians will find beginning of the year student forms to be completed in their Synergy ParentVUE account.

*NOTE: If you do not already have a ParentVUE account, you will first need to register for one. If you already have a ParentVUE account, skip to STEP 1 below.

To complete beginning of the year forms, please follow the steps below.
STEP 1: Log in to your Synergy ParentVUE account.
STEP 2: When prompted to complete the student verification process (see screenshot below), click the blue BEGIN REGISTRATION button.
STEP 3: You should see two options on the next screen. To complete the beginning of the year forms and student verification, please choose the STUDENT VERIFICATION option to continue (see screenshot below).
STEP 4: Follow the step-by-step student verification process on your screen. *Please note: you will not be able to move forward with using ParentVUE to access other information until you have completed the required student verification and back to school forms.
