eAcademy Information and Handbook

Attendance is essential for academic success, and it is the responsibility of the student and the family to ensure they adhere to the attendance guidelines for eAcademy.

The student must log in five times a week, from Sunday to Sunday. The student must sign in to Genius for their attendance to count. The district will not track attendance through Schoology.

Doctor Excuses

All doctor excuses must be turned in by the last day of the month to be counted as an excused absence. If an excuse is not received by this time, the day will be marked as an illegal/unexcused absence.

Elementary (K-6)

High School (7 - 12)

Academic Expectations

All students must review the teacher’s welcome slides to ensure they understand the class's expectations. This includes essential information about late work and the start times of the course modules. 

Be sure to pay attention to due dates and if the assignment can be redone.

Academic Issues 

Students may reach out about any class issues that they are encountering in their courses. If you have questions about grades, locked assignments, or assignment issues, please contact your eAcademy teacher first.
