Attention Parent/Guardian: In order for your HIGH SCHOOL student to ride a different bus after school, you must complete the Bus Pass form below.

*PLEASE NOTE: The Bus Pass Request form below is for afternoon bus runs only. Your student must get off at a bus stop that is already established on one of our routes. We cannot accommodate drop-offs at locations that are not already an existing daily bus stop in our district.

*ALSO PLEASE NOTE: In order for your request to be officially processed and approved, you will receive a phone call from the school to confirm the request. Please be sure to enter a valid phone number on this form where you can be reached easily. We cannot approve the bus pass request unless somone from the school speaks with you on the phone directly during this confirmation call.
