Special Education Change: Age of Eligibility

PDE SPECIAL EDUCATION POLICY CHANGE

Building on its commitment to ensure that all learners in the Commonwealth have access to a high-quality education, the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) has implemented a special education policy change to better serve students receiving special education services. This change will impact all students eligible under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act across the Commonwealth.
