 NON-HOME SCHOOL REQUEST FORM V2.0 

 
  The criteria for non-home school requests includes:

1. Any request for the upcoming school year will not be accepted until the 4th Monday of June between the hours of 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

2. All requests received will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be in effect for only one school year.

3. Classrooms must have less than 24 students.

4.Transportation may be provided if a student will use an existing bus stop and if the bus is not overcrowded.

5. Inappropriate student behavior may nullify the request.

6. Decisions will be made and parents notified one week prior to the first day of school.
