About Me

My name is Beth Saxman. I am the Technology Coach at the Elementary School in Punxsutawney and the Chair of the Instructional Support Department. I am a DuBois native and graduate.  I have a degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education from Mount Aloysius College.  I also have a Masters in Reading Education from Edinboro University.  Additionally, I attended Point Park University to obtain my certification as an Instructional Technology Specialist. 

I have 17 years experience as an elementary teacher and reading specialist. I am excited to help our teachers, students, and parents become more comfortable and familiar with the technologies we use at our elementary school.  I also enjoy helping students to use technology to have fun while learning!
