Welcome to my website! 

SUBJECT: School Psychologist

GRADE: PreK-12

Hello! My name is Haylee Neal and I am one of the School Psychologists here in the Punxsutawney Area School District. I obtained my B.S. in Psychology with a focus in Neuropsychology from Penn State, prior to graduating with a Master's in Educational Psychology from IUP. While at IUP, I also earned my Educational Specialist Certification and I am currently a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. My husband, Taylor, and I are both Punxsy alums (class of 2011) and both recently resigned from our previous jobs in Central PA, as we could not pass up the opportunity to move back home.

A few of my job responsibilities here at the district include the assessment and determination of eligibility for special education services, consultation with parents, teachers, and staff, and implementation of academic, behavioral, and social/emotional interventions.
