 | Non-Home School Requests Any Punxsutawney Area School District parent wanting his/her child to attend an elementary school, within our district, other than the child’s designated home school for the 2013-2014 school year must complete and submit a Non-Home School Request Form, beginning at 8:00 AM on Monday, June 24, 2013. (Parents of current non-home school students will receive a letter and blank request form in the mail soon).All requests will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be in effect for only one school year. Forms will be accepted throughout the summer, but should be submitted before August 16th to be included in the first student day enrollment. Final decisions will be made and parents will be notified one week prior to the first student day of the 2013-2014 school year. If you have any questions, please call Kim at 938-3063. |
