2017 SPRING SPORTS
We will be having the spring sports meetings as follows:
High School (grades 8-12)
Tuesday, January 24, during activity period (10:20 am) in the HS cafeteria
Middle School (grade 7)
Tuesday, January 24 at 2:40 in the MS cafeteria
If you can't make this meeting, pick up the forms from
the Middle School Office,
the Athletic Office at the High School or click the link below.

Every athlete participating in a spring sport needs the following forms filled out and returned to the Middle School Office or the Athletic Office at the High School by the dates listed below:
Sports Eligibility Packet: Return by Wednesday, February 1, 2017

PIAA Physical Forms: Return by Monday, February 27, 2017
PIAA ReCertification (no injury): Return by Wednesday, February 1, 2017
PIAA ReCertification (injury): Return by Monday, February 27, 2017
NOTE: Any athlete can get a physical for participation in any sport for the 2016-2017 school year at any time beginning June 1, 2016. The form used must be the P.I.A.A. physical form. NO other form can be accepted. This does not eliminate recertification. Only one physical per year is required but that must be for the FIRST sport the athlete participates in for the new school year.
You will need to call the Primary Health Network office to schedule an appointment at 938-3310 for a physical.
There will be no charge for this service.
You may also choose to take your child to a physician of your choice with the expense being incurred by you.
All athletes participating in a spring sport MUST have their physicals completed and all paperwork turned into the athletic office no later than MONDAY, FEBRUARY 27.
Practice begins Monday, March 6, 2017.
