Welcome!

Punxsutawney Middle School, containing grades four through seven, shares the campus area with the Punxsutawney High School. The Middle School complex is the newest building in the school district and houses the district's Natatorium, which is used by students and the community throughout the year.  Middle School students have swimming classes, and the pool is open for the public during non-school hours for adult swim times as well as family swim events.  Visitors are welcomed to the entrance of PAMS by a specially-created Phantastic Phil.

    MIDDLE SCHOOL BUS PASSES

Students are reminded that bus passes should be used for necessary or emergency reasons only. Please use the district wide daily bus pass form, do not send handwritten notes. Forms are available at anytime from the district webpage or in the front office. With the new bus reconfiguration, seating is limited therefore students should not obtain bus passes for parties, sleepovers, etc., with several students. Parents should make arrangements to pick up students in these types of situations. Students in 4th & 5th grades will continue to need a note from their parent to ride home with other students to give to their homeroom teacher.
